Job Purpose
The Senior Officer role for Retail Banking is within the Bank's Retail Credit Function. The role of Credit Team is to spread customer financials, monitor covenants and assist the unit in effective and efficient account / portfolio management. The officer will also take part in an development programmes that aim to build his/her capabilities towards his / her career in the Bank.

Assist in preparing and conducting the Credit Clinic courses

Job Context
Our unit is the centralised credit management of all retail products / underwriting / collections. We need to review the quality of the loans granted, the portfolio behaviour and act as guides to various stakeholders.
Education
Experience and Skills
Preference for relevant degree ( e.g. Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business, Economics, etc).
New Graduate or a Graduate with or up to 2 years of work experience.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Languages – native Arabic speaker and fluency in English (spoken and written).
As well as the above, natural 'networkers' who are able to build loyalty and inspire results, and who can handle a challenging and diverse workload. Previous customer service or sales experience will be favourably considered.
