Job Purpose
To support in managing aspects of Security services and support Health & Safety operations across the Bank. The role’s main responsibility includes physical security including guarding service, surveillance and alarm system incompliance with regulatory, audit and Operational Risk.
Key Accountabilities
- Physical Security Management
Support in Manage the Bank's physical security framework to ensure the safety and protection of employees, customers, assets, information, and premises.
Ensure adequate security coverage is maintained across all branches.
Coordinate with outsourced security service providers and relevant stakeholders to maintain effective security operations.
Support and ensure regulatory permits in coordination with regulatory authorities as and when needed. - Surveillance and Security Systems Management
Support in manage and monitor the Bank's CCTV, intrusion detection systems, panic alarms, perimeter security systems, and other security technologies.
Ensure surveillance systems are operational, maintained, and compliant with regulatory and internal security requirements.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all security systems.
Support and ensure regulatory permits in coordination with regulatory authorities as and when needed. - Access Control Management
Support in managing the Bank’s centralized physical access control and visitors’ management including vehicle access management for visitors and staff.
Coordinate with HR and Shared Service in allocating staff parking where staff qualify for such parking.
Monitor access control activities and support in investigating unauthorized access attempts or security breaches.
Support and ensure regulatory permits in coordination with regulatory authorities as and when needed. - Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Support in manage and ensure compliance with the Bank's health and safety requirements across all premises.
Support HSE Manager during fire evacuation drills and other HSE related drills.
Support and ensure Civil Defence approvals permits in coordination with regulatory authorities as and when needed. - Regulatory Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, law enforcement directives, Central Bank expectations, and internal policies.
Stay informed of applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to physical security, surveillance, access control, and health & safety.
Primary point of contact for all security service-related regulatory support.

Education
Experience and Skills
UAE Driving license
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of basic HSE and Security operations.
Security guard and vendors management skills.
