Job Purpose
o To relationship manage Priority Banking customers in assigned region to achieve the financial & service levels targets.
o To liaise with Regional & Branch Managers accordingly to market & serve Priority Banking segment.
o To provide market / customer feedback to line manager for consideration.
o To drive overall customer origination of New to Bank & New to Product customers within assigned region. Grow segment accounts base and increase forward/backward cross-sell suite of applicable products – Investments, liabilities, assets etc.
o To profile customers & market applicable investment products and provide advisory services to HNWI.
o To liaise with relevant departments to ensure best practice overall customer experience & development of product suite.
o To be directly responsible for relationship management of selected / assigned customers within the segment.
o Work closely with Branch Managers, Investment Solutions, C&IB, credit & remedial to ensure that financial objectives of business segment are met.
Key Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience delivery.
• Deliver budgeted origination of New-to-Bank (NTB) & New-to Product (NTP) customers using Relationship Managers & branch distribution channels.
• Ensure focussed communication of NBF’s Priority Banking products & propositions to existing & potential customers.
• Provide support to retail credit team in ensuring portfolio quality of retail assets by providing market intelligence & early alert signals on attrition.
• Compliance with processes, policies & items governing KYC, AML and customer due diligence policies & procedures.
• Monitor & review products, service levels & processes & provide innovative solutions to address challenges faced.
• Perform the tasks of financial promotion,collection of required information and data,and evaluation of client’s capability and tendency to afford risks(Risk Profile) along with the detailed works related thereto.
• Deliver sales objectives of investment products to segment & provide advisory services to HNWI
• Compliance with customer TATs, internal SLAs , and Consumer Protection .minimizing rejection rate of customer applications.

Work Experience
• 8+ years of retail banking experience with 2+ years in Priority Banking segment similar field.
• Preferably in the employee banking or similar aspects of personal banking. UAE experience highly desirable.
• Relevant product, sales & distribution and industry knowledge.
