Job Purpose
1. Assist NBF users with their computer desktop systems and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
2. Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs
3. Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
4. End user computing security
5. Discuss with staff members the problems faced and how to help find a solution.
6. Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems
7. Responsible for ordering of computer systems that are required and work in close liaison with Administration for supplies after carefully assessing the computer needs.
8. Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems as and when they arise.
9. Maintain IT Hardware Asset Inventory
Works within the direction and guidelines provided by the Executive- Infrastructure.

• 5 years’ experience in Desktop configuration and support
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in team management
