Job Description: 

Job Purpose

•    To welcome and attend the customers and direct them to the appropriate location / work station & provide an express service to the customers (Receiving applications, input the requests in system for authorization for all security items).
•    To provide the customer service support with a view to achieving timely and accurate completion of work in line with specified procedures, and delivering quality customer service in line with agreed service standards.
•    Cross Sell & Refer the high profiled & wealth customers to the OCR for further cross selling.
•    To be a custodian of security items (cheque books, Returned cheques,,,etc).
•    To respond & attend to the branch telephone calls.
 

Key Accountabilities

•    Carry out a range of processing/service functions ensuring that the work assigned has been accurately completed within specified timelines.

•    Respond to internal and external customers promptly and courteously always providing adequate clarification on the information being given.

•    Upon request provide on-the-job training to colleagues

•    Prepare reports/statistics requested by line management

Other Accountabilities

•    When required, support line management with the implementation of changes or undertaking other project work in own or other work areas.
•    Undertake other duties at similar level when required

•    Undertake duties at a higher level as required when requested by line/senior management.

•    Welcoming & attending the customers & guiding them to the appropriate location as well as delivering the best service to them.
•    To be a custodian for security items.
•    Insure to coordinate with other colleagues towards achieving the branch assigned target for both sales & service. 

Education

Degree / diploma in Commerce or equivalent would be preferred
A minimum degree (Bachelors) in a business related field or equivalent

Experience and Skills

Work Experience:


At least 1 to 3 years in another financial institution would be preferred.
